Meet Priscilla Mondy

A Chicago, IL native now proudly calling Dallas, Texas home. Priscilla is a woman of many gifts. At her core, she is a woman of God, an encourager, an uplifter, a life speaker, a builder, and an equipper. These have been her gifts for as long as she can remember.

Throughout her life — in ministry, in corporate, in entrepreneurship, in every room she's walked into — Priscilla has found herself in the same position: speaking life into people, encouraging, uplifting, building, and teaching. God has called her into entrepreneurship, but this time, not to build unto the world, but to build His people.

Here she is, being obedient.

My Story

This space is for you.

Women by God's Design was built out of obedience.

In my younger days, I wish I had a space like this — a space to encourage me, to teach me how to live life God's way as a woman, and to remind me who I was when I forgot. I wish I'd had a community of women walking that road with me, instead of walking it alone.

The world lies to us on so many fronts. It tells us a woman is:

  • valuable only when she's chasing, competing, or performing

  • just her body, her productivity, her ability to please everyone

  • defined by Instagram, not by her Creator

  • whatever the culture decides she should be this year

I believed those lies for a long time. But God says our identity is rooted in Christ, in being daughters of God.

Here, we talk about all of it: femininity, courting, health, fitness, beauty, work, business, and preparing for marriage — every part of life, seen through who God says we are.

My story:

I grew up in church — a Christian by name, but I didn't know Him. Not really.

It wasn't until my mid-twenties, at my lowest, that God met me there. A prodigal daughter moment, not a return to religion, but a return to Him. For the first time in years, I actually knew Him — not as a God I'd learned about, but as a Father who'd been waiting for me. He showed me who I was: a precious daughter, deeply loved, fully seen. He healed every wound I carried, and He hasn't stopped loving on me since.

Years passed, and God placed the vision for this space in my heart. Here I am, years later, simply being obedient.

It's my prayer that every woman who finds this space encounters that same love and finally understands who she is.
